She lived for a few weeks with her mother. Mind you, we still were in the band together. Her mom was living in a tiny house which really didn't have room, so she moved to the apartment of the singer of the band who just broke up with his girlfriend. He had plenty of space and they both asked if I had problems. I said no, the only thing I want to know when you have a relation. About 2 months later she got a relation with the singer which she told me. The band stayed together for another 2 months after that (and still actively doing shows) but eventually the singer left because he couldn't handle that the ex-husband of his girlfriend was in the band. Obviously, the girl left too and that was the end of the band. I've lost my marriage and my band (which I've worked very hard for) within a few months, that was not a great time.

Dota being as top heavy as it is right now in terms of money isn't really good for the scene long term. There was a proposal for a portion of TI money to be spread out through the whole year and that was actually good if executed properly. But since we're talking about valve here, expect nothing. RIP my beloved game The extra hoops to jump through for DPC events, the extra prizemoney needed to be paid, and not being able to secure sponsorships from industries that pay better rates were all factors that made hosting valve events impossible to make money on. Turns out my wife had opened up a charge card at our bank, then got a couple of store cards around town. She had purchased some serious clothes and jewelry, but the real kicker was she had bought a horse. She had taken lessons as a child and decided this was going to be her new thing. There was the price of the animal, riding gear, saddle and tack, vet bills, stable fees, yadda yadda yadda.
