First 5 years was hell. We got divorced, the court ordered psych eval because she then claimed I was abusive and neglectful. The psychiatrist and three counsellors told her she had some form of PPD and needed help, she took that really badly and tried to skip the country with the kids. In retrospect, she should have married her uncle, it seems he was her idol.

Dota being as top heavy as it is right now in terms of money isn't really good for the scene long term. There was a proposal for a portion of TI money to be spread out through the whole year and that was actually good if executed properly. But since we're talking about valve here, expect nothing. RIP my beloved game The extra hoops to jump through for DPC events, the extra prizemoney needed to be paid, and not being able to secure sponsorships from industries that pay better rates were all factors that made hosting valve events impossible to make money on. Turns out my wife had opened up a charge card at our bank, then got a couple of store cards around town. She had purchased some serious clothes and jewelry, but the real kicker was she had bought a horse. She had taken lessons as a child and decided this was going to be her new thing.
